Career Outcomes

Students are able to make a clear and informed choice about their chosen post 16 route and take a proactive role in making themselves competitive in the applications process.

Students have identified their chosen post 16 route and selected the appropriate local provider/s.

Students have a reviewed personal action plan to support them in the application process for their chosen route. 

Students can identify some strategies for preparing a competitive application or interview.
